Journal #10: Weeks 12, 13, and 14

I've been a huge slacker and haven't posted for a few weeks! So I'll just combine the last three weeks into one :)

How far along? 14 weeks
Baby size: Navel orange- about 4.5 inches, 2-3 oz.
Total weight gain/loss: 4 pounds according to last week's doctors appt.
Maternity clothes? I am desperate for some new pants! Only 2 pairs of pants and 1 pair of shorts barely still fit! I usually still have to unbutton those. I tried on one of my maternity shirts yesterday that my mom bought me and it was SO. COMFY!
Stretch marks? not yet!
Sleep: Sleeping pretty good, I still have to get up 3 times a night to pee, and every time I do get up, my stomach starts to hurt really bad. Just by getting out of bed makes my stomach feel sick and achy, but then I get back in bed and I'm fine. Weird!
Best moment this week: Being with family for the 4th of July! And getting a BUNCH of clothes for baby at a quarter sale :) post on that coming soon.
Movement: Nope, but hopefully in the next few weeks!
Food cravings: Orange julius's, sour candy, and sweet pork salad from Cafe Rio!!
Anything making you queasy or sick: I still don't like the thought of eating meat if it's not mixed in with a dish. I have been getting a weird queasy feeling once a day, but it's not at all like the nauseous feeling I had before. It's kind of achy all around my stomach and waist, and it's effecting my actual stomach. I just don't feel good, I don't know how else to describe it.
Have you started to show yet: Just a little bump! But I just feel fat, not pregnant. I've never felt uncomfortable with my weight or size, but I'm starting to. I've never been plump!
Gender: I still think it's a girl; Matt thinks it's a boy :)
Symptoms: back aches, stomach aches, growing pains in abdomen, headaches, queasy aches- all SORTS of aches!!
Wedding rings on or off? On
Looking forward to: Feeling little baby moving and finding out gender in 6 weeks!

I'm finally in my second trimester!! Woohooo!! I've heard almost every woman say that the second trimester was the best and easiest. Besides the nausea that I had early on (thank Heavens that's gone!), I don't feel all that much better. Still tired, even more achy, and even more emotionally off balance. But I guess I'm still just barely into the 2nd tri, so hopefully things turn around soon!
