Today was a great day! I went to the Other Mother's Quarter Sale in Nampa this morning, and for all of you who don't know what Other Mother's is, it's a secondhand store for babies, mommies, kids, teens, and even men. But it's mostly for babies and kids. Anyways, they get so many donations that every first Saturday of the month, they have this sale where they spread out piles of baby clothes and toys over 8-12 long tables, and each item is $0.25!! It's awesome. And I really don't mind secondhand stuff as long as it's barely used and looks new. The store doesn't accept clothes with lots of stains, holes, or wear. And I even got some stuff that still had the tags on. Anyways, I went this morning, 5 minutes until opening, and there was a line of about 50 women and kids at the door! My mom, sister-in-law, and aunt met me and dug through the mountains of baby clothes with me, and we had a lot of fun! Some women can really be quite vicious when it comes to bargains, and today was no exception. I didn't see any fighting, tugging, or yelling, or anything like that, but if I was going through a pile of clothes, women would just come up and go through what's already in front of me, or they'd be next to me, digging to the bottom of the pile and throwing the stuff they didn't want on top of the pile I was looking at. I am not a crazy shopper that will fight for great deals, but I expect the same kind of respect and courtesy that I give other people. Some mothers are just crazy!! Anyways, I can't believe what I got for how much I paid for!!! It was the coolest shopping trip EVER!!!!
